We accept returns on unopened & unsued items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pinkantlers.com to obtain authorization for the return and receive additional instructions.

We do not pay for a return label unless the return is a result of an error on our end.

Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.  

Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days. 

If you received a damaged product from us, we are so sorry! We know how disappointing that is. Please email us at hello@pinkantlers.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item & a photo of the shipping box. From there, we will place a claim and offer you a replacement (if still in stock) or a refund.
